In response to supplier cost increases across all data connectivity products and services, we are increasing the cost of all fixed data connectivity including all broadband and fibre services by 7.8% to take effect from the 1st of May 2022.

Openreach has announced that pricing for Analogue/ISDN lines will increase from 1st April 2022. The increase has been driven by Openreach’s continued roll-out of their full-fibre network, which will result in the full closure of their copper-based PSTN services like Analogue/ISDN from 31st December 2025. Due to this pricing change, we now have no option but to pass through the increase of £0.96 per line per month from the 1st April 2022. Vodafone has also announced its annual RPI increase to take effect from 1st April 2022. Therefore we will be applying a fixed 7.5% increase across all monthly rental fees (except unlimited tariffs). This will include both line rentals and bolt-ons (except International Caller bolt-on), and we will apply to existing connections and future additional connections and tariff changes without exception. All unlimited tariffs will have an RPI increase of 9.3%. Again this will include both line rentals and bolt-ons (except International Caller bolt-on). Microsoft 365 For the first time in over 10yrs, Microsoft has announced that they are increasing the cost of their O365 packages by between 10%-20%*. According to Microsoft, this change reflects the extensive development that has occurred on the O365 offering over the past decade and this price increase comes alongside further enhancements to their product portfolio.
