On 9 May 2017, the Fidelity Group team travelled to the 9th annual ITSPA Awards at the Tower of London. The awards celebrate innovation and best practice across the telecoms industry. The awards were presented across nine categories, with Fidelity Group being nominated as one of only three finalists for the Best Internet Telephony Service Provider (ITSP) Reseller!
Although we were not winners this time, we were very pleased to see Gamma win Best Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Infrastructure with their SIP trunking service! This is a service that Fidelity is proud to offer to our customers!
What qualified us to be a finalist?
