Fidelity Group enjoys another successful CDSMA!

This year’s Comms Dealer Sales & Marketing Awards were another triumph for Fidelity Group as the team walked away with two awards.

Held at the prestigious Sheraton Park Lane Hotel, Fidelity Group were finalists in four categories: Service Provider Channel Marketing Team of the Year, Service Provider Channel Marketing Campaign of the Year, Reseller Best Marketing Campaign, & Best Apprenticeship Scheme.

We are excited to announce that we were the winners in two of this year’s categories: for the second year in a row, the Service Provider Channel Marketing Team of the Year award, and first time winners in the new Best Apprenticeship Scheme category!

Fidelity Group Managing Director, Alan Shraga, commented, “I am delighted for the team to walk away with two wins in two very well contested categories. This is a huge testament to all the hard work the team has been putting in; and is a mark of intent for the direction Fidelity Group is going.”

Fidelity Group were delighted to contribute to the celebration of all finalists’ achievements this year, through sponsorship of the awards pre-drinks hospitality. The marketing team even designed black and gold foil champagne glass tags that celebrate Fidelity Group’s 10 year anniversary this year. Fidelity Group were also proud sponsors of the Vendor Best Partner Programme award, which our fantastic partner and supplier, Gamma, won this year!

Alan Shraga commented, “Being a Platinum partner, we benefit from bespoke commercial and technical support with a personal touch, including a dedicated support line highlighting that we are a Platinum Partner. We also have early exposure to new products and services, meaning we can feed back to the business and are first to market to our customers and prospects. Congratulations to Gamma for picking up the Best Partner Programme award – thoroughly deserved!”

Marketing team duo Katie Sloan and John Clarke were thrilled with the recognition of their on-going work with direct customer marketing, channel and white label marketing for our channel partners, as well as events and product management of the Fidelity eLearning platform.

“It’s exciting for our brand to get the recognition it deserves, and these awards motivate us to keep getting better against the amazing competition in the channel,” said Fidelity Group Marketing Manager, Katie Sloan.

Katie added, “It was also brilliant for our IT team and directors to get the recognition they deserve for the fantastic IT apprenticeship program at Fidelity; and all the work they put in to create a strongly skilled team with all the support they need to succeed in their careers.”

A special mention to our fantastic supplier Virtual1, who were the first company in the awards’ 7 year history to win FOUR awards, including the coveted CDSMA Team of the Year! Congratulations Virtual1!
