As the year draws to a close, we’d like to take this opportunity to look back and reflect upon what a year it’s been for Fidelity Group, as well as looking forward to what we’ve got in store for 2018.
2017 was a year of change and acceleration for Fidelity Group. We acquired Ayspark Ltd, completed a full company rebrand, developed a new marketing strategy, and increased our marketing offerings and support to our channel partners. The hard work and passion delivered by the team was reflected at the Comms Dealer Sales and Marketing Awards, where we won Service Provider Channel Marketing Team of the Year! With the vision of continuing to provide our channel partners with new and innovative marketing and growth opportunities, we have since expanded our marketing team.
Our mission to expand into more digital products in 2017 led us to the launch of Fidelity eLearning. With our comprehensive catalogue of over 500 courses, spanning numerous industries and more than 50 subject areas, Fidelity eLearning has been at the forefront of Fidelity’s digital transformation, whilst also providing channel partners with opportunities for new digital revenue streams.
One such partner, TERRA Computer, became our first e-learning partner in 2017, unveiling their new TERRA Education as a Service e-learning platform at Twickenham Stadium in September. With learning and development becoming more important to employers, and current digital trends indicating the value of digital learning, 2018 is sure to be an exciting year for Fidelity eLearning and our channel partners.
2017 also saw Fidelity Group nominated for 3 awards at the Comms National Awards. Despite missing out on the awards, being nominated as a finalist in the Best Partner Portal, Best Billing Platform, and Best Channel Business Service award categories was a great achievement for the team. We look forward to taking our offerings to the next level in 2018, and walking away with some more wins!
We remain leaders in the UK communications industry as the only company in the channel with a complete product and service offering including calls and access, data and connectivity, mobile, energy, hosted telephony, cloud hosting, IoT and now eLearning.
In 2018, we have more exciting developments with major developments to Anvil being released, and some very exciting new offerings in the mobile space. Early in the new year we will be announcing some partnerships that will help drive new business for our channel partners in 2018.
