Acquisition of RDC
Fidelity Group are excited to announce the acquisition of Leicester-based business, RDC Communications into Fidelity Group. The acquisition of RDC has been completed in last week following negotiations between Fidelity Group Managing Director Alan Shraga and RDC founder Roger Collings.
